by John Muir
John Muir is a tremendously influential figure in American history. He is called the "Father of the National Parks" for a reason. Without his documentation and promotion, the beautiful national parks in the US would probably not exist. Just as importantly, he was a phenomenal writer. The works collected here capture the detail and the spiritual majesty of the American wilderness.
