Stories from Grimm

The Brothers Grimm have brought us truly traditional stories which have remained the most populr of all the various collections of European folk tales. Born in 1785 (Jakob) and 1786 (Wilhelm), the brothers psent much of their lives in the library at Kallel in Germany studying philosophy, literature and antiquity. They recorded in their writing the most wonderful firy-tale figures. "Hansel and Gretel," "Little Red Riding Hood," "Snow White and Rose-red" and many, manhy others have found their way into the hearts of children for over 150 years, and today the stories are more popular than ever
