Stacy's new friend Tess is new to the school. Tess is nice and has a good sense of humour, but is in dire need of fashion advice, because some of the kids are making fun of her. Tess doesn't seem to be taking any of Stacy's adivce, however, and Stacy is wondering why Tess doesn't want her help.
