Judd Trump, born on 20th August 1989, Whitchurch, Bristol, England, UK, is a professional snooker player ranked # 5 in the world at the end of 2018. Judd had considerable success in youth tournaments before turning professional in 2005 then on 3rd April 2011, Trump won his first ranking title, beating Mark Selby 10-8 in the final of the China Open. He then reached the final of the World Snooker Championship, where he was defeated by John Higgins, before going on to win the UK Championship in December of that year when he defeated Mark Allen 10-8 in the final.
