Giants from the Past: In October, 1967, Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin emerged from the Bluff Creek valley in the northwest corner of California with a short strip of 16 mm. movie film that showed an upright creature almost seven feet tall, but looking like a huge ape, striding across a sandbar.
