In addition, Richard runs his own small publishing business on the Internet (The B&R Samizdat Express), and is the author of novels (The Name of Hero) and children's books (The Lizard of Oz). His acclaimed Web site is frequently cited as an important resource for education and the blind. He is now writing a dummies-style book on online shopping for Macmillan.
